KS54 — contract and payment document generator

A separate KS54 application for preparing contracts and payment documents. It supported paid education, preparatory courses and related workflows: academic-year calculations, PDF generation, payment QR codes and a contract registry. Active support ended around spring 2026 as the main contract workflow started moving into the newer DocFlow / KS54 Platform line.

Technology chronology

PHP document generator

PHP / mPDF 8.2 / chillerlan/php-qrcode 5.x

The system generates contracts and payment documents server-side, using mPDF for PDFs and chillerlan/php-qrcode for payment QR codes. The UI uses Tabler and lightweight custom JavaScript rather than a separate SPA framework.

Education contracts

2025–2026 → 2026–2027

The code preserves separate program, pricing and signer catalogs for 2025–2026 and an updated layer for 2026–2027. Calculations account for contract date, study duration, payment mode and first-year proration.

Payments & registry

ST00012 / PD-4 / Google Apps Script

Payment documents combine banking details and QR payloads, while registry.php sends structured contract records to a Google Apps Script with deduplication by contract number, student name and date.

Operations

contract-legacy.ks54.pro / cron fast-forward deploy

The repository includes operational documentation, nginx vhost configuration, ownership rules and a cron-based safe fast-forward deployment script. By spring 2026 active support for this legacy layer had ended and the main contract workflow was moving into DocFlow / KS54 Platform.

Versions and dates reflect states confirmed by archives, Git history or releases and do not imply that every component was used in every deployment.
